They told me I had to replace my brakes so I took it to another shop because Jlm automotive quoted me 750$ for front brakes and rotors. Turns out my brakes were fine they we just trying to get me to buy some stuff and the other shop only quoted me 350. Definitely don’t come here.

We took our vehicle in for what we thought would be a $40 oil change. Shortly after dropping it off we got a call letting us know the drain plug broke completely off the oil pan when they tried to remove it. I’m giving credit to the employee that called us because he did reach out to Ken Garff Ford first because apparently it was overnighted when the previous oil change was done. Unfortunately Ken Garff Ford only offered to pay half. I was disappointed that our first experience with JLM ended with us paying $400 that was no fault of my own. I wasn’t expecting free because we did receive the oil change and new oil pan but I was hoping JLM would take some percentage of responsibility or at the very least charge our half at their cost and not retail pricing.

We came in with an AC Problem while camping in the area. Initially JLM was concerned we needed a new compressor after recharging the Freon. but they were able to diagnose a belt was missing and kept our costs low. They also drove us to get a rental car and cleaned our suv before sending us off with a cool ac to complete our trip driving thru the hot desert! Thanks!

I can’t say enough good things about JLM Automotive. I brought my truck in and from start to finish the experience was honestly amazing. You can tell right away these guys truly care about doing things the right way. One thing that really stood out to me was learning that they do monthly training with all of their mechanics to make sure everything stays up to par. That alone says a lot about how they run their shop. They didn’t just tell me what was wrong — they actually sat me down at a desk, showed me full videos of what was going on with my truck, and walked me through different repair options so I could decide what made the most sense. No pressure, no guessing, just straight honesty. It genuinely felt like I could trust the mechanics and the recommendations they were giving me. Jonathan, the owner, was awesome and very approachable, and the entire staff was super friendly and professional. My truck was well taken care of, and I left feeling confident about the work that was done. If you’re in the St. George area and looking for a shop you can actually trust, I’d 100% recommend JLM Automotive. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The service I received from JLM was unlike any other shop I have ever been to. They completed my repairs quickly and at a fair price. Their communication was outstanding. I received phone calls and texts with detailed updates throughout the service. Definitely going back when needed!
